- What’s one thing we could do better?
- What is your process for deciding which products to sell/standardize?
- When you’re in a pinch, what is your go-to product and why?
- What’s one thing I should be asking you that I’m not?
- Can I take you to lunch?
And the most important question…
- Can I give you a lead?
I’m amazed how many vendors leave a training/meeting/lunch without asking about me or my business.
I’ll tell you everything you need to know, you just have to ask.
